I had the opportunity to join The Lost Art Project: Veterans’ Voices to talk about my experience as an Air Force veteran and the ways that experience has continued to influence how I think about leadership.

For me, leadership has always been about more than a title or position. It is about trust, responsibility, connection, and understanding the people you are leading. In this conversation, I reflect on some of the lessons my military experience taught me and how those lessons continue to inform my work with leaders today.

I appreciated the opportunity to share this part of my story and to talk about the experiences that shape who we become as leaders.
